Andy Zhao is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with particular experience supporting people living with disability, older adults and clients with complex nutrition needs.
Andy works across residential aged care facilities throughout Central West NSW, providing evidence-based, individualised nutrition care designed around each person’s health, abilities, circumstances and goals.
His approach is strongly person-centred, recognising that good nutrition care needs to consider much more than a medical condition. Andy works closely with clients, families, carers, support workers and healthcare teams to develop practical strategies that support health, function and quality of life.
Andy also provides home visit consultations across selected Central West communities, making professional dietetic support more accessible for people who may find attending a clinic difficult.
